Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy
When placing an order online, SafePro advises that customers CAREFULLY review all details of the order, including quantity, finish, size, and gate orientation.
SafePro does not allow any returns, exchanges or refunds except under the following conditions:
Product Received Wasn’t the Product Ordered
Customers may return any item for a full refund or exchange if it is unused, within 30 days of purchase, if SafePro has made an error and shipped a product different than what was ordered.
All returns must be authorized by SafePro (returns without the authorization from SafePro will be refused). All return freight charges incurred with this transaction are the responsibility of the customer; product and freight charges will be refunded after the product is received by SafePro and our error has been verified.
Defective items will, at the sole discretion of SafePro Safety, be handled in one of the following ways:
- Returned at no additional cost to customer
- Replaced at no additional cost to customer
Customer Ordered the Wrong Product
If a customer orders the incorrect product (i.e., size, gate swing orientation, etc.), SafePro will allow the product to be exchanged for a product of the same or greater dollar value, if it is unused and within 30 days of purchase. All return freight charges and re-order freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Contact SafePro to obtain exchange authorization.
Product must be returned in its original packing material. It is the customer’s responsibility to return product in new and sellable condition. Products damaged during the transport back to the warehouse are excluded from refunds, therefore we recommend to insure shipment with carrier.
Returns on orders shipped under our free freight policy will be refunded as indicated above less the amount of freight paid by SafePro when the original order shipped.

An order may be cancelled so long as the cancellation takes place prior to shipping.
