SafePro uses independent freight haulers for shipping. We negotiate the most competitive freight rates possible and pass these savings along to our customers. We make every effort to minimize freight charges to our customers and provide for timely delivery.

Our flat shipping rates, based on region, are per order and are as follows (subject to change):
Accessories (Remotes, controllers, batteries, etc):
$25.00 via UPS Ground (Expedited shipments will incur added fees)
ARHO (Automatic Roof Hatch Opener):
$50.00 via UPS Ground (Expedited shipments will incur added fees)
Safety Rails, Hatches, ARHO’s:
All U.S. states – $250.00
If order totals $5,000 or more, shipping is free. (Perimeter Rail orders excluded.)
- Most items in stock will ship within 1-2 business days.
- SafePro will not be liable for any damages related to unavailability of inventory or delays in shipping.
- Title for goods passes to customer when product leaves the warehouse.
Delivery and Unloading
For freight deliveries, customer is responsible for unloading shipment from truck. Freight docks or forklifts are required. Additional charges take effect if delivered to a construction site, residential address or if a lift gate is required. (Pre-shipment notification is required for these additional freight costs or customer is responsible for these fees.)
Freight carriers have restrictions on delivering to residential addresses and may require pick-up at freight terminal.
We cannot advise customers of exact time of delivery as we do not ship on our own trucks. We will give our customers an estimated time of delivery and provide them with tracking information.
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt. For your protection, any external damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery in order to qualify for a claim against the freight carrier.
Concealed damages must be reported to the SafePro within three days of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to document and take pictures of the damaged items.
Shortages/missing parts must be reported to SafePro customer service within 5 days of delivery.
