Description
The SafePro Warning Line System creates a clearly visible boundary around designated rooftop work areas without penetrating the roof. Galvanized steel stanchions, plastic-coated steel cable, high-visibility warning flags, and ballasted concrete bases provide a durable solution for long-term rooftop use.
Rubber pads beneath each base help protect the roof surface, while aluminum top caps and set screws secure the warning-line cable. Intermediate stanchions are positioned at 24-foot intervals, with end and corner assemblies added according to the system layout.
When properly configured and used within an applicable fall-protection plan, the system is designed to meet the warning-line criteria of OSHA 1910.29(d) and 1926.502(f)(2).
Key Benefits:
- Non-penetrating ballasted installation
- Clearly defines designated rooftop work areas
- Galvanized steel posts and corrosion-resistant fittings
- Heavy-duty, high-visibility warning flags
- Rubber pads help protect the roof surface
- Fast installation without structural modification
- Suitable for permanent or long-term rooftop applications
- End, corner, intermediate, and outrigger configurations available
Warning lines do not physically prevent falls and are permitted only for specific applications. System placement and suitability should be determined based on the work being performed and applicable OSHA requirements.
